Privacy and Cookie Policy

SIMPLIFIED PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it is used. In compliance with national legislation (Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, No. 196, Personal Data Protection Code, and subsequent amendments) and European regulation (European Regulation on Personal Data Protection No. 2016/679, GDPR), this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe on the rights of users.

This site does not display advertisements or use data for advertising purposes. However, it uses third-party services to improve the site's usability. These third parties may collect user data and use it to deliver personalized advertisements on other sites. Nevertheless, this site makes every possible effort to protect user privacy and minimize the collection of personal data. For example, the site may use YouTube videos on some pages, which are set up not to send cookies (and, therefore, not collect data) until the user clicks "OK" on the cookie banner. Instead of the video, you will see a placeholder. The site also uses social plugins to facilitate the sharing of articles on social networks. These plugins are configured to send cookies (and potentially collect data) only after the user clicks on the plugin.

For your information, cookie management can be complicated, both on the part of the site manager (who may not be able to manage third-party cookies correctly) and on the part of the user (who may block essential cookies for the site's functionality). Therefore, a better and simpler way to protect privacy is to use anti-tracking tools, which block site tracking (read -> Protecting Online Privacy. We recommend using Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin).

For more information, you can read the full policy below.

Data Controllers

The data controller, as required by current legislation, is Samra Lakhwinder Singh with headquarters in Strada Statale Asolana 343 - 26037 - San Giovanni in croce - Cremona, which can be contacted via email at info@muttiamos.it - agrimak@libero.it.

Legal Basis for Processing

This site primarily processes data based on user consent. Consent is obtained through the banner at the bottom of the page. By using or visiting the site, visitors and users accept this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for service delivery. Additional consents related to specific service purposes may be collected through communication or service request forms.

Data provision and, consequently, consent to data collection and processing is optional. Users can refuse consent and can withdraw consent already given at any time (through the banner at the bottom of the page or browser settings for cookies). However, refusing consent may lead to the impossibility of providing certain services, and the browsing experience may be compromised.

Data collected for site security and prevention of abuse and spam, as well as data for site traffic analysis (statistics) in aggregated form, is processed based on the legitimate interest of the data controller in protecting the site and its users. In such cases, users always have the right to object to data processing (see User Rights below).

Purposes of Processing

In addition to purposes related to providing the service, the processing of data collected by the site is aimed at the following purposes:

Data is recorded automatically and may also include personal data (IP address) that, as required by law, may be used to block attempts to damage the site or cause harm to other users or engage in harmful or criminal activities. This data is never used for identifying or profiling the user and is periodically deleted. No consent is required for these cookies.

Ancillary Activities

Sharing data with third parties who perform necessary or instrumental functions for the operation of the service and allowing third parties to perform technical, logistical, and other tasks on our behalf. Suppliers have access only to personal data necessary for carrying out their tasks and are not allowed to use the data for other purposes. We process visitor/user data in a lawful and proper manner, adopting the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction of data. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information during transit. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, data may be accessible to categories of appointed personnel involved in the organization of the site or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers).

Cookies

This site uses cookies, text files that are registered on the user's terminal or that allow access to information on the user's terminal. Cookies are used to store information about visitor preferences and to verify the correct operation of the site, as well as to personalize the content of the pages according to the type of browser used or to simplify navigation by automating procedures and for analyzing site usage by visitors.

This site has no control over third-party cookies, which are entirely managed by third parties, and cannot access the information collected through those cookies. Information on the use of these cookies and their purposes, as well as on how to disable them, is provided directly by third parties on the pages indicated below.

Please note that user tracking does not result in identifying the individual user, unless the user is already registered with the service and is also logged in, in which case it is understood that the user has already expressed their consent directly to the third party when registering for the service (e.g., Facebook).

Social Network Plugins
